We traveled from Canada to visit family and found Shellharbour Resort and Conference Centre to be a comfortable and accommodating stay. the location is excellent, with lovely landmarks nearby like Reflections Killalea Reserve and Bushrangers Bay. the staff were generally friendly and helpful, which made our visit enjoyable. the pool was a highlight for my daughter, perfect for family bonding. We would definitely return on our next trip home.

The rooms were functional and reasonably large with fresh towels and queen bed plus coffee, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location metres from city centre was particularly good. The service was good: )

Shellharbour Resort and Conference Centre is a lovely base for a stay, with welcoming and pleasant staff dedicated to customer satisfaction. the units are perfectly clean, making it a great choice for families with kids. the location is magnificent, conveniently situated close to shopping centers, clubs, nearby beaches, shops, and various eateries.

The room was spacious and the pool was a highlight, but the basics fell short. There were mosquitoes, a lack of amenities like coffee mugs, and no daily housekeeping. Reception staff could improve their attitude, especially during check-in. while there were nice aspects, the experience was less than ideal.

We were provided with a newly decorated triple room for my two kids, which was fantastic. the room was equipped with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities, and a refrigerator, making our stay very enjoyable. the location of the hotel is really convenient, with just a short walk to clubs, the beach, and local dining options, as well as Shellharbour.
